All orders will be delivered within 5-7 days. We at Mosaic Watches understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we have tied up with a large network of leading courier and logistic providers to deliver your products to you as early and safely as possible . Under normal operations, we aim to maintain a ‘within 72 hours’ dispatch policy. Further depending upon the location, expect the product to be delivered at your doorsteps within the next 5-7 days. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
Domestic customers are responsible for any Tax charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
