Exchange & Return Timeline
- Exchange / Replacement: Request within 3 days of delivery.
- Return: Request within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team with your order details.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Mosaic Watches offers a simple 7-day return policy for eligible products.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong item.
- The return request is raised within the applicable time period.
No returns or replacements will be accepted once an order has been processed, except under the circumstances listed above.
Please contact us before sending any product back. Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Conditions for Returned Products
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original tags, accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and protective materials.
- Be free from scratches, dents, or signs of wear.
- Be packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
Products failing the above quality checks may be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.
Quality Inspection
Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection before approval.
Mosaic Watches reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if:
- The product has been used.
- The product is damaged by the customer.
- Original packaging or accessories are missing.
- The returned item is not in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance sales or with discounts of 30% or more.
- Customized or made-to-order watches.
- Products repaired or altered by unauthorized service providers.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Products showing scratches, wear, or signs of usage.
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or display settings are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Only one exchange is permitted per order. After an exchange has been completed, no further exchange or return requests will be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us with:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Failure to report transit damage within 24 hours may affect eligibility for replacement.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our Customer Support team.
- Provide your Order Number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization.
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
- Ship the product or hand it over during reverse pickup (where available).
Reverse pickup services may not be available in certain locations. In such cases, customers may be requested to courier the product to our return address.
Please do not hand over the parcel without receiving a pickup acknowledgement from the courier partner.
Mosaic Watches is not responsible for products lost during return shipment without valid tracking information.
Exchange Processing
Once the returned product passes inspection:
- In-stock replacement products will be shipped immediately.
- Made-to-order or unavailable products may require 15–18 business days for dispatch.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
If cancelled before dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Changes to this Policy
Mosaic Watches reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange at any time without prior notice.
